kate, I'm tempted to say chicken juggling, but James was actually hosting a Q&A session on keeping chickens in the garden. His lovely assistant was Flash the hen.
I told him it was a "Point Of Lay"
chicken---I'm not sure he believed me.
Ha ha! Thank you for the comment, Chris. The talk was very entertaining and I wish I could keep hens (it's banned under our house deeds). Flash was a real star!
Joe and I both told him we could see what effect he has on birds.
